Here at Food in a Minute we’ve been proudly helping Kiwis cook and create tasty, nutritious family meals for over twenty-two years. We love bringing people together over good food and that’s why we are constantly creating new recipes to make dinnertime more exciting.
Our Food Editor
Di Swann, our Food Editor, is Cordon Bleu trained and a true foodie.
Nothing gives her greater pleasure than bringing people together over good food.
She has been working on Food in a Minute since the very beginning and is always looking for new and delicious ways to keep families happily fed at dinnertime.
She keeps it real and loves developing practical recipes for everyday cooks.
Working on this cookbook has been a true labour of love. Behind the scenes of Food in a Minute we have a passionate team who appreciate how important food is to create, share and connect over.
For years we’ve been creating, testing, styling and photographing recipes that ensure success every time and are guaranteed to please!
Behind every dish, we have a mission – to bring you inspiration that offers minimal hassle and maximum joy. We’re also a practical bunch, and knowing that life can be busy and demanding at the best of times, we’re constantly looking for ways to cook smarter (not harder)!
